This company puts so much effort into making their sauces taste good. I like the consistency too. If you’re going to try a sauce just try all. I haven't had one I don’t like. Definitely recommend

The Lava sauce has a perfect heat and thicknees, for any meats. Prominent cherry aftertaste

I tried all of the sauces (including Campfire Mayo) and my impression can be summed up in in word: Superb! They turn my tongue into a taste bud trampoline!
